Advanced System Functions for Easy and Fast operation

Precise Positioning

5 axis full travel precise positioning, coordinate display with micron-level accuracy, reposition accuracy 0.003mm.

Center Finding

Automatic center finding with just a single key.  Recording coordinate values is not required when using spark center finding.

Remote Control

Remote control box allows for one-key setting of the reference zero point and midpoint. XYUVZ 5 axis display.

Tracking Function

Tracking and calculating the cutting position in real time by software algorithm, thus ensuring precise cutting.

Power Off Protection

The system automatically saves the machining status in case of power loss and resumes processing when power is restored.

AR Function

Do not need to calibrate the workpiece placement on the machine. Once the AR angle is set, the machine will process the piece according to the set angle.

Simple Taper Cutting

With just the input of the workpiece height, the system automatically calculates and completes the taper cutting process.

Offset Function

The offset value can be adjusted during machining to compensate for wire loss, allowing for uninterrupted operation without the need to stop.
